Essem Compliance Solutions

I led the marketing and communications efforts for ESSEM Compliance Solutions, scientific consultancy based in Nagpur, India. My work focused on developing the brand’s presence across digital and physical channels, including: roll-ups, podium materials, tri-fold brochures, service emails, and sales collateral.

I created targeted content that highlighted ESSEM’s core service areas: physical-chemical testing, ecotoxicology, environmental fate, animal toxicity, and genetic/in-vitro toxicology, while positioning the company as a reliable and cost-effective CRO partner. My efforts supported global visibility, client outreach, and business development through LinkedIn, email campaigns, website messaging, and coordinated sales materials.

Intrims

Led the go-to-market strategy, messaging, launch event, initial content development, and website collaboration for Intrims, a Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS) software developed by Conformics Systems, a Swiss compliance-tech company headquartered in Zug.

Regulatory Representatives & Managers Association (RRMA)

The Regulatory Representatives & Managers Association (RRMA) is a membership-based, non‑profit professional body founded in 2021 that supports regulatory professionals and service providers in the chemical and allied industries. Its mission is to enhance global chemical safety and capacity building by facilitating regulatory understanding and fostering a mature regulatory framework, particularly in developing countries.

1. Brand Awareness & Positioning

  • Developed and maintained a strong brand identity for RRMA across all channels.

  • Created key messaging that emphasized RRMA’s role in regulatory capacity building, professional development, and global collaboration.

  • Designed and launched awareness campaigns to increase visibility in Europe and Asia.

2. Membership Growth & Retention

  • Developed targeted campaigns (email, LinkedIn, direct outreach) to attract:

    • Certified regulatory professionals

    • Students and early-career professionals

    • Corporate members and service providers

  • Created membership materials, onboarding kits, and value propositions for different tiers (e.g. Student, Associate, Corporate).

  • Designed and distributed member newsletters, regulatory updates, and “member spotlight” features.

3. Training & Certification Promotion

  • Created marketing strategies for RRMA’s Certified Regulatory Professionals Program and other training modules.

  • Developed course landing pages, brochures, and infographics.

4. Event Marketing

  • Promoted RRMA’s presence at Chemspec Europe, SETAC, ACF, and local awareness events (e.g. Gujarat Series Event).
